What happens if my flight is delayed?

Are card payments subject to an extra charge?

Can I customize a tour?
Yes. Customized tours are offered based on client preferences. The itinerary and price are confirmed before booking.
Is there a group discount?

What is the cancellation policy?
The published terms state: cancellations more than 48 hours before service receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee; and no-shows or same-day cancellations are not refunded. Company cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances provide a refund or alternative arrangement.
