Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by us. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any tour or transportation service, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or low participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
Tour Packages and Services
3.1 Customized Tours
We offer customized tours based on the preferences and requests of our clients. Itineraries and prices will be confirmed before booking.
3.2 Package Tours
Package tours may include multiple destinations, accommodations, meals, and other services. Specific terms for each package will be provided at the time of booking.
3.3 Airport Pickups and Transportation
Our transportation services are available for airport pickups, drop-offs, and customized tour itineraries. Please provide accurate arrival and departure information when booking airport pickups.
Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Identification and Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required travel documents during their tours or transportation services. We will not be liable for any issues arising from the loss or incorrectness of documents.
4.2 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during tours or transportation services. Customers are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
4.3 Conduct and Safety
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to safety guidelines provided by our staff during tours.
